Evan is new to Oregon but has a shared sense of Pacific Northwest pride as a lifelong Washingtonian. For almost a decade he has worked in environmental restoration of riparian, wetland, sub-alpine, prairie, forested and oak savanna ecosystems. He took over as Restoration Specialist at the end of April, 2016.
Restoration Program Assistant
New to MCWC as of January, 2019, Ari spent several seasons conducting salmon spawning grounds surveys, monitoring riparian restoration effectiveness, and sampling recreational fisheries with non-profit and state agencies alike. She also wrote for an independent newsweekly.
Former Policy Director
Wayne’s 20 years of leadership saw the implementation of stream restoration projects, whole basin planning strategies, and a value of water conservation and healthy watersheds. He retired in the fall of 2018.
