Evan is new to Oregon as of his beginnings with MCWC in April 2016, but has a shared sense of Pacific Northwest pride as a lifelong Washingtonian. For almost a decade he has worked in environmental restoration of riparian, wetland, sub-alpine, prairie, forested and oak savanna ecosystems.

New to MCWC as of January 2019, Ari spent several seasons conducting salmon spawning grounds surveys, monitoring riparian restoration effectiveness, and sampling recreational fisheries with non-profit and state agencies alike. She also wrote for an independent newsweekly.
Former policy director
Wayne’s 20 years of leadership saw the implementation of stream restoration projects, whole basin planning strategies, and a value of water conservation and healthy watersheds. He retired in the fall of 2018.
