Carrie joined MCWC in February 2023 and brings 20 years of restoration experience across a wide range of ecosystems, from desert landscapes to high-elevation forests and now the Oregon coast. Megan brings over a decade of experience in conservation, restoration, community science, public outreach, volunteer management, and land-use planning to the MidCoast team. She holds a BA in Environmental Studies and Sustainability from DePaul University, and an MS in Environmental Science and Policy from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. FORMER POLICY DIRECTOR

WAYNE HOFFMAN

Wayne’s 20 years of leadership saw the implementation of stream restoration projects, whole basin planning strategies, and a value of water conservation and healthy watersheds. He retired in the fall of 2018, but his legacy at MCWC is as strong as ever.
